For any reason or motive, you can return the order placed in the next 30 days after the purchase. The product must be in its factory packaging and condition, otherwise the return cannot be made. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is approved, a credit will be processed to your payment method minus the original shipping and handling, the 25% restocking fee, and the return freight.

To return your product contact us to request a return authorization code via email to: returns@miamiartwallpaper.com. You must bring your order number. A return authorization code and shipping address will be issued by email. You must include in the return package a copy of your purchase receipt and the return authorization code. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
