Shipping and Returns
Miami Art Wallpaper will take a maximum of 3 days to process and ship your order upon receipt. We will work on it as soon possible! We don’t ship orders on weekends. We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Products shipped will take approximately 7-10 business days. We do not guarantee arrival dates due to manufacturing or carrier delays.
If your package arrives in poor condition, you should contact the carrier immediately. If there are any manufacturer defects, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your package. You can contact us via email at: email@example.com and send us photos and information about the affected products to follow the case.
For any reason or motive, you can return the order placed in the next 30 days after the purchase. The product must be in its factory packaging and condition, otherwise the return cannot be made. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is approved, a credit will be processed to your payment method minus the original shipping and handling, the 25% restocking fee, and the return freight.
Many of the products such as murals and others are made to order and cannot be returned. Commercial wallpaper is non-returnable due to custom cut lengths. 2 roll minimum return for wallpaper.
To return your product contact us to request a return authorization code via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. You must bring your order number. A return authorization code and shipping address will be issued by email. You must include in the return package a copy of your purchase receipt and the return authorization code. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
You can cancel if you have placed an order and it has not yet been shipped, by contacting us at: email@example.com. Custom made or personalized products cannot be canceled.
