Orders + Shipping & Returns
It is simple. First, click on the product name or image to view item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you want to purchase and click the add to cart button. You can click on the cart in the upper right corner (you can continue shopping and/or update the quantity of items when it is in the cart). Click proceed checkout and complete the forms (billing, shipping and payment information). By completing these forms, just click place the order. A confirmation page will display the summary of your transaction. An email version of this summary will be sent shortly.
We accept credit card/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) and express payments by apple pay and google pay.
Once your order is confirmed, we will take a maximum of 3 days to process and ship your order. Delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Custom Wallpaper or personalized products may take longer to produce. Therefore, the arrival time can be lengthened.
Orders placed can be shipped from our distribution center or from a supplier. Therefore, your items can be shipped in multiple shipments. Shipping from our distribution center can take 7-10 business days.
You can track your order progress and delivery of items by clicking Order Tracking. Order tracking is also located at the bottom of every web page and in “your account”.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Customers outside of the United States who wish to purchase our products will need to contact us at: contact@miamiartwallpaper.com.
You can return elegible items in the next 30 days after the purchase. Made to order items, murals and commercial wallpaper is non-returnable. An original receipt or proof of purchase is required. Review and follow the instructions in our Return Policy to return your items.
You can cancel if you have placed an order and it has not yet been shipped, by contacting us at: contact@miamiartwallpaper.com. Custom Wallpaper or personalized products cannot be canceled.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Depending on your provider; please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Easily calculate the number of rolls and/or linear yards required for your project using our Wallpaper Calculator. We recommend 10-15% more than you need.
To start, make sure your walls are smooth and well finished. We recommend that the wall be finished to level “5” for best results. Remove all accessories from the wall and prep your wall with a wallpaper primer. It is advisable to let the primer dry 24 hours. Measure the wall and mark where your strips will go; measure the height of the wall, and cut an additional 4″ of the height in your wallpaper, which will use to overlap 2″ on the ceiling and 2″ on the baseboard. For the installation of the wallpaper, we recommend reading and following the instructions indicate by the manufacturer; since there are different types of wallpaper that require certain techniques (double cuts, reverse alternate strips, paste-the-wallpaper, paste-the-wall, free match, straight match, offset match, etc).

Follow the manufacturer’s care and maintenance instructions carefully. Some types of wallpaper, such as vinyl, are easy to clean and can be cleaned with water. Other types of wallpaper such as silk, natural fibers, etc. They may requires special care and maintenance and some cannot be cleaned with water.
