Preparing for Installation
To guarantee a flawless finish, it’s essential that the walls are in Level 5 condition: smooth, dry, sealed, and free of imperfections.
We kindly ask that:
- All wall-mounted objects (TVs, art, shelving, décor) are removed prior to our arrival.
- The installation area is clean, dry, and free of humidity.
- The room is climate-controlled, ideally between 65°F–75°F, to support proper adhesive bonding.
If these steps are not completed before arrival, it may affect the quality of the installation or result in rescheduling.
Wallpaper Condition & Responsibility
Whether you purchase wallpaper directly through us or source it independently, we handle every install with care. However:
- Miami Art Wallpaper is not responsible for wallpaper defects, misprints, or inconsistencies originating from third-party manufacturers.
- We will do everything possible to adapt and offer solutions when issues arise, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and communication.
We inspect materials before installation, but clients are responsible for ensuring the wallpaper received is in good condition, appropriate for the space, and complete in quantity.
Deposit & Payment Terms
To reserve your installation date and prepare accordingly, we require a 33% deposit at the time of scheduling.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
- We accept payments via credit card, Zelle, or ACH transfer.
All pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to the scheduled installation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — we understand. If you need to reschedule:
- Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
- If our team arrives and cannot complete the installation due to unprepared conditions, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
We strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible.
Warranty & Peace of Mind
Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we include a 1-year limited warranty on all installations completed by our in-house professionals.
This warranty covers:
- Installation-related errors or issues resulting from our craftsmanship.
It does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, third-party alterations, poor wall conditions, humidity, or external factors post-installation.
If a concern arises:
- Please contact us within 12 months of your installation.
- We’ll gladly assess and schedule a service visit if necessary — your peace of mind matters to us.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client and location.
Wallpaper Removal & Wall Integrity
Wallpaper removal is a delicate process. While we use professional techniques, wall conditions vary and prior preparation (or lack thereof) can affect outcomes.
- Miami Art Wallpaper is not liable for wall damage caused during wallpaper removal, especially in cases where:
- Walls were not properly primed/sealed.
- The wallpaper was not installed by our team.
- The wall substrate is fragile or in poor condition.
We do not offer wall repair services, but can refer trusted professionals if needed.
